Brandnew: Running at Düssel-Cup

Saturday morning we will have a 5 and a 10 km competition through the gardens of the Südpark in Düsseldorf. Both routes will take you through a 5 km circuit away from any traffic. In both competitions we will honour the best female and male competitors.

Due to the early starting time, swimmers can participate in addition to their swimming competition. This would not involve any extra costs.
