All new! Downhill Skiing at Düssel-Cup!

For the first time ever we will offer a downhill skiing race as part of the Düssel-Cup 2010.
Everybody (men and women) is invited to take part, no matter what level you are.

How will the race be organised?
There will be a slalom-track which has to be raced two or three times, depending on the number of participants. Whether the fastest single time or the fasted combined time of two races will win, will be decided according to the level of the participants. We intend to provide maximum fun for everybody.
Before the race, you will get the chance to inspect and test the race track . The race time will be taken by a professional measuring system.

Do I have to bring my own equipment?
If you have your own equipment, bring it with you. If not, you can rent a full set of equipment for an extra 15,50 Euro (Skis, boots, ski sticks, jacket and pants).
Please let us know beforehand, if you want to rent equipment, as we have to reserve it. You can also rent individual parts to complete your equipment, for which no reservation has to be made (Jacket or Pants: 7 Euro each; Skis: 6,5 Euro; Boots: 4,5 Euro).
Please take a cap or hat for your head and gloves with you, as it is very cold inside the skihall.
