This is what we offer!
Matches will be on indoor courts, which correspond to a handball court: 20 metres wide, 40 metres long. We will also be using handball goals: 3 metres wide, 2 meters high.
On-court teams consist of 5 players plus goalkeeper. Teams can have a maximum of 10 players, minimum of 6. Substitutions will be during play time via a designated substitution area.
During the qualifying round, play time will be two times 10 minutes, afterwards it will be two times 12,5 minutes.
Indoor shoes are required, we recommend light coloured soles.
