Überblick
Der Wettkampf findet im Hallenbad Eller auf fünf Bahnen à 25 Metern statt.
Es gilt die Ein-Start-Regel. Jede*r hat die Möglichkeit, sich für bis zu fünf Einzelstarts anzumelden. Die Zeitmessung erfolgt per Halbautomatik.
Overview
The competition will take place in a pool in Düsseldorf-Eller with five lanes, each 25 meters. The one-start-rule applies. Everyone can sign in for up to five single starts. There will be a semi-automatic system for time measurement.

Organisatorisches
Die Anmeldung ist nur über das Registrierungstool möglich, wenn die offizielle Registrierung für den Düssel-Cup 2026 gestartet ist.
Die Meldung der Staffeln erfolgt bis zum 20. März 2026 durch den Team-Captain des jeweiligen Vereins formlos per E-Mail an swim@duessel-cup.de. Änderungen der Staffelteilnehmenden können noch bis zum 28. März 2026 um 10:00 Uhr erfolgen.
Organizational matters
The registration can only be done via the registration tool as soon as the the registration for the Düssel-Cup 2026 has officially started.
The team captain of the respective club will report the relays informally by email to swim@duessel-cup.de by March 20, 2026. Changes to the relay participants can still be made until March 28, 2026, 10.00 am.
Gebühren
Teilnahmegebühr für Schwimmen pro Person 45,00 EUR.
Fees
Participation fee for swimming per person EUR 45.00.
Verpflegung
Mindestens Wasser, Obst und Snacks stehen zur Verfügung und sind in der Anmeldegebühr enthalten. Zudem wird es eine warme Mahlzeit am Mittag geben.
Catering
At least water, fruit and snacks are available and are included in the registration fee. Moreover there will be a warm dish for lunch.

Regeln
Es gelten die Wettkampfbestimmungen (WB), die Rechtsordnung (RO) und die Anti-Doping-Bestimmungen (ADB) des Deutschen Schwimm-Verbandes e.V. (DSV) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung.
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Mitglieder von Vereinen oder Startgemeinschaften, die einem dem DSV angeschlossenen Landesverbandes angehören und im Besitz der Verbandsrechte sind, sowie Schwimmer*innen, deren nationale Verbände dem Weltschwimmverband World Aquatics angehören und deren Start- und Verbandsrechte sie besitzen. Für Teilnehmende gilt ein Mindestalter von 20 Jahren (Stichtag 31.12.2026).
Mit der Abgabe seiner Meldungen erkennt der meldende Verein diese Bestimmungen an.
Alle Wettkämpfe sind Entscheidungen. Die Setzung der Läufe erfolgt nach den Meldezeiten unabhängig von Geschlecht und Altersklasse. Die Wertung erfolgt getrennt nach Geschlecht und Altersklasse.
Alle Wettkämpfe werden nach der Ein-Start-Regel gemäß §125 (6) WB durchgeführt.
Die Veranstaltung wurde vom Schwimmbezirk Rhein-Wupper (SB-RW) im Schwimmverband Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V. (SV NRW) genehmigt.

Rules
The competition regulations (WB), the legal system (RO) and the anti-doping regulations (ADB) of the German Swimming Association (DSV) apply in the respectively valid version.
Members of clubs or starting communities that belong to a national federation affiliated to the DSV and hold the association rights, as well as swimmers whose national associations belong to the World Aquatics World Swimming Federation and whose starting and association rights they hold are eligible to participate. Participants must be at least 20 years old (cut-off date 31.12.2025).
By submitting its registrations, the registering club accepts these provisions.
All competitions are decisions. The setting of the runs takes place according to the registration times, regardless of gender and age group. The scoring is done separately according to gender and age group.
All competitions will be held according to the one-start rule according to §125 (6) WB.
The event was approved by the Rhein-Wupper swimming district (SB-RW) in the North Rhine-Westphalia Swimming Association (SV NRW).

Sonstiges
Die fünf Bahnen sind durch Wellenkillerleinen getrennt. Die Wassertemperatur beträgt ca. 26 Grad. Einschwimmbahnen stehen während des Wettkampfes nicht zur Verfügung.
Das Kampfgericht wird in den Schlüsselpositionen vom SB-RW gestellt. Vereine aus NRW (LSB 17) stellen ab drei Teilnehmer*innen eine Kampfrichter*in, ab sechs Teilnehmer*innen zwei und ab 15 Teilnehmer*innen drei Kampfrichter*innen.
Weitere Kampfrichter*innen aus allen Vereinen sind gern gesehen, um die Veranstaltung durchführen zu können. Es wird um Nennung bis Meldeschluss gebeten.
* Inklusivität:
Teilnehmende mit einer Identität außerhalb von „männlich“ und „weiblich“ können am Schwimmturnier als „divers“ (d) teilnehmen. Die Regeln der World Aquatics (vormals FINA) und des DSV lassen jedoch keinen Wettkampf mit Meldung der Leistungen an die Verbände zu. Diese Teilnehmenden (d) starten in einem eigenen Wettkampf außerhalb der offiziellen Verbandswertung, alternativ kann sich für das Geschlecht männlich/weiblich nach Rücksprache mit dem Veranstalter entschieden werden, so dass eine Meldung der Leistungen möglich ist.
Miscellaneous
The five lanes are parted by wave breaking lane ropes. The water temperature is approximately 26 degrees. Swim-in lanes are not available during the competition.
Referee panel is provided by the SB-RW in key positions.
Clubs from North Rhine-Westphalia (LSB 17) provide one referee from three participants, two judges from six participants and three judges from 15 participants.
Other judges from all clubs are welcome to carry out the event. Please enter by the registration deadline.
* Inclusiveness:
Participants with an identity outside of „male“ and „female“ can participate in the swimming tournament as „diverse“ (d). However, the rules of the World Aquatics (formerly FINA) and the DSV do not allow a competition with reporting of the performances to the federations. These participants (d) start in their own competition outside the official association ranking, alternatively the gender male/female can be decided after consultation with the organizer, so that a registration of the performances is possible.
